Diary of Sociology begins! The programs, which will be held under the supervision of Vefa Kaya and Büşra Nur Topal, aim to keep the pulse of Turkish sociology by considering the current situation of social sciences in Turkey from various aspects.
Diary of Sociology, which will be shaped by the contributions of prominent social scientists in the field over a predetermined theme for each period, thus aims to contribute to some extent in bringing certain issues to the agenda of Turkish social science community. In the spring term of 2020-2021, Turkish social scientists, who have been pioneers with their work, will be discussed as the first theme.
In the first program where Professor Kurtuluş Kayalı will be hosted, the ideas of İdris Küçükömer who is groundbreaking intellectual and social scientist in Turkey will be discussed.
